Ely joined Storyboard Living in October 2024 as IT Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He oversees the company’s systems, infrastructure, and technology strategy, while also providing hands-on support to keep the team running smoothly. With a background in DevOps, software development, and cloud infrastructure, Ely is passionate about using technology to make life simpler and more efficient for the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Ely enjoys early morning coffee, coding in Python, and exploring new tech projects. On weekends, he can often be found outdoors jogging or spending time with his two young sons—usually capped off with a few fun Roblox battles at home.

Bryan Canillo Acma joined Storyboard Living in October 2024, bringing his CPA background and property accounting expertise to his role as Bookkeeper. Skilled in Yardi Voyager, he supports the Finance Manager by preparing monthly entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, ensuring accurate reports and streamlined processes that aid in sound business decisions. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys running, listening to Celine Dion, and spending quality time with his two sons.

Joining the Storyboard Living team in March 2026, Scott Calvin serves as a Maintenance Technician, bringing more than 25 years of experience across industrial, commercial, and residential maintenance. His extensive background and hands-on expertise help ensure that every aspect of the community—from appliances and HVAC systems to the overall appearance of the property—is operating at its best.

Joining the Storyboard Living team in April 2026, Brandon Wilson serves as a Maintenance Technician, bringing more than 20 years of building maintenance experience to the organization. Prior to joining Storyboard Living, Brandon worked as a Maintenance Director at a healthcare facility, where he developed a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality service.

In his role, Brandon helps ensure that residents’ homes are safe, comfortable, and functioning properly by maintaining and repairing the systems and amenities they rely on every day. His extensive experience and attention to detail play an important role in creating a positive living experience for residents.

Jadyn joined the Storyboard team in Fall 2025 as a Community Assistant. She enjoys connecting with residents and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere within her community. Jadyn’s approachable nature and enthusiasm make her a wonderful part of the Storyboard family.

When not at work, she enjoys singing, acting, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Walker joined the Storyboard team in April 2025 as a Leasing Professional. With prior experience in student housing, he brings a passion for making every resident feel valued and welcome. Walker is dedicated to creating a positive living experience and building strong connections within the community.

Outside of work, Walker enjoys reading, painting, and spending time outdoors hiking.

Joining the Storyboard Living team in February 2026, Brendon Rieso serves as a Maintenance Technician. Brendon brings a diverse maintenance background, having worked as a Maintenance Director in nursing homes, a Maintenance Technician with Drury Hotels, and an HVAC Technician at SLU Hospital. His experience has helped him develop a strong commitment to service and a genuine passion for helping others. Throughout his career, Brendon has taken pride in making a positive impact on the people he serves, whether it was assisting residents in senior living communities or ensuring facilities operated smoothly and comfortably.

Outside of work, Brendon enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their pets, including two cats, Hide and Jade, and a dog named Genesis. He loves taking Genesis on walks at the park, playing video games, and cheering on his favorite football, hockey, and baseball teams.

Marga joined the Storyboard team in 2025, bringing over eight years of experience in guest and client relations. She previously spent more than six years in the BPO industry, two years working at a hotel in Qatar, and also has experience as a Virtual Assistant. Her diverse background equips her with strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of client needs.

When not at work, Marga is a proud mom to her 4-year-old daughter. She enjoys spending time at local parks and has a passion for baking cookies, pastries, and cakes.

Pixy joined the Storyboard team bringing nearly a decade of experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies. Since 2016, she has held various roles including Leasing Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Turn Coordinator, Eviction Specialist, Collection Manager, and Property Manager. Her strong background in property operations allows her to balance both owner needs and resident satisfaction with ease. Reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven, Pixy is dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Pixy enjoys spending time with her loved ones and finding new ways to unwind and recharge.

Joining the Storyboard Living team in April 2026, Chris Sevilla serves as a Resident Service Assistant. With eight years of experience supporting real estate companies in both the Philippine and U.S. markets, Chris is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating positive resident experiences. He believes in going above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard, valued, and supported. By carefully listening to resident concerns, addressing issues promptly, and building strong relationships, Chris helps foster trust and a sense of community within the properties he serves.

Joining the Storyboard Living team on April 30, Bryan Lacerna serves as a Leasing Admin, bringing more than five years of property management experience. His background includes roles in Inside Sales, Leasing Administration, and Maintenance Coordination, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property operations and resident support.

Bryan is committed to providing exceptional service by responding promptly to resident concerns with empathy and professionalism. He believes that clear communication is key to creating positive experiences and works to ensure every interaction is straightforward, efficient, and stress-free for residents and team members alike.
