Steve Krajczar

Steve Krajczar

Director of Operations
Joining the Storyboard Living team in the Spring of 2022, Steve brings over 15 years of multifamily experience to the organization. As the Director of Operations, Steve oversees Operations, Human Resources, and Acquisitions. With his diverse background in property management, new construction development, historic renovations, team building, and process management, Steve leads the entire operation, from the leasing experience to community improvements. His dedication to helping others, whether it involves the team or the residents we serve, ensures a worry-free renting experience for you. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing or watching sports.

Leisa Gearig

Leisa Gearig

Finance Manager
Leisa has been the Finance Manager at Storyboard since January 2023. She is responsible for managing the operations of the accounting department, including the preparation of monthly entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for all communities. With over 20 years of experience in property management accounting, Leisa has worked in various types of multifamily housing. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assisting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Toledo. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, attending sporting events, listening to music (especially live), and any activity on the water. She has two grown children and four granddogs.

Joining the Storyboard Living team in November 2025, Kim brings over 20 years of residential industry experience to the organization. As Senior Portfolio Manager, Kim oversees portfolio performance and operational excellence across communities. With a strong background in client relations, management operations, and creative problem-solving, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for delivering top-level service. Kim’s integrity, initiative, and results-driven approach support both team success and exceptional resident experiences, helping ensure our communities run smoothly every day.

Eric Davis

Portfolio Manager
Eric joined the Storyboard team in May 2019 and has successfully completed over 700 turnovers since then. As the Portfolio Manager, he plays an essential role in scheduling, coordination, inspections, and management related to making homes move-in ready. Eric is focusing on providing you with an outstanding resident experience and is dedicated to helping every resident open new chapters in their lives. Outside of work, you’ll find him BBQing with family and friends, golfing, or cheering on his favorite hockey team.

Thomas Pfalzgraf

Maintenance Manager
With 15 years of hands-on maintenance experience, Tom has built a well-rounded career in the field. Starting as a technician, he spent five years honing his technical skills before taking on a supervisory role for seven years. For the past three years, he has excelled as a Maintenance Manager, bringing leadership and expertise to every challenge. Tom holds an EPA Type 1 certification and is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) through SLAA, equipping him with the technical know-how to maintain high standards in property care. He thrives in his role because of the variety and challenges each day brings and values the collaborative spirit of his team. Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing and playing darts. He’s also a proud dad to his two sons, Gianni and Nico, who inspire him daily.

With over four years of experience in site property management, Nicole brings a love and understanding of our extended community. She is passionate about forging meaningful connections with residents and understanding their individual needs. When not at work, Nicole is a devoted mother of three and an outdoor enthusiast. She and her partner are currently making their way through all the National Parks.

IT Manager

Ely joined Storyboard Living in October 2024 as IT Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He oversees the company’s systems, infrastructure, and technology strategy, while also providing hands-on support to keep the team running smoothly. With a background in DevOps, software development, and cloud infrastructure, Ely is passionate about using technology to make life simpler and more efficient for the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Ely enjoys early morning coffee, coding in Python, and exploring new tech projects. On weekends, he can often be found outdoors jogging or spending time with his two young sons—usually capped off with a few fun Roblox battles at home.

During her free time, Rachel loves to travel (particularly to Mexico), spending time with her husband and three kids, along with her friends.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys being a choreographer for local community theater organizations and spending time with her family and dogs.

Raj Tut is the founder and CEO of Storyboard, starting the company in 2013 from a single mobile home to what it is today. Raj is extremely passionate about the resident experience and how we can further improve upon the way our communities operate. While he, literally, did it all in the beginning, he now focuses on strategy, growth, and the overall experience for our team and residents. Outside of work, Raj enjoys being a dedicated father, husband, and adopted St. Louisan.
