Noah and Scott with Storyboard maintenance is top notch! They were very responsive and made themselves available at my convenience. I received a message that they would be at my residence at 9:00 am and they were there exactly at 9:00 sharp. They did not stop until I was completely satisfied with the work performed. They made repair/replacements on items I thought would take another appointment, THE SAME DAY WITHIN MINUTES. I highly recommend this company. Great work guys.

Great location, safe/quiet neighborhood, very affordable option and Storyboard even offers month-to-month leases, which are hard to find but we only needed about 3 months in between moving houses and states. We also needed temporary storage and we get a discount at Stuff Storage nearby because it’s also owned by Storyboard. Perfect! We have had to put in a few maintenance requests which is so easy to do on the smart phone app and their maintenance team is always quick to respond and fix the issue. They keep in constant communication via text. It’s all so easy, convenient, and great value. We are so happy we found Storyboard and their apartments.

As first-time renters, we were extremely pleased with the customer service and apartment space Storyboard had to offer. Everybody we worked with throughout the last year and a half was friendly and willing to take the time to listen to your needs. We truly enjoyed living in our apartment as Storyboard provided us with a great rental experience and gave us an amazing place to call our first “home”. If it wasn’t for jobs forcing us to relocate, we would definitely still be renting through Storyboard!

Been with them for 4 years they have always been friendly and very helpful with getting things done upon request. Once I was out of town on an emergency prior to that I had ordered tires. The tires came and they sent one of the maintenance people to put the tires in my unit for me. I’m Retired Military and they give a pretty good discount on rent. I stand by the owners and management they are a good team.
